Refund & Cancellation Policy
Organizer cancellations
If an organizer cancels an event, buyers receive a full refund of the ticket face value and taxes paid through Spot My Seat. Platform fees refunded at our discretion per event contract.
Buyer-initiated cancellations
Unless the event page states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Resale via the in-app marketplace may be available where enabled.
Failed payments
If payment fails or times out, seat holds are released automatically. No charge is captured.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically credit within 5–7 business days.

Email support@spotmyseat.in with your booking ID and event name.
