Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing tickets on Spot My Seat, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Ticketing
- Tickets are valid only for the listed event, date, and venue.
- Seat holds expire after 15 minutes if checkout is not completed.
- Organizers are responsible for event delivery; we facilitate sales and verification.
3. Resale
Secondary listings must be priced between 50% and 110% of the original face value. We may remove listings that violate this band or applicable law.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Platform fees and applicable GST are shown before you pay. See Refund Policy.
5. Organizer accounts
Organizers must provide accurate event information and comply with local regulations. We may suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the platform, circumvent seat limits, forge QR codes, or harass other users in chat.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for organizer cancellations beyond our refund policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
